The Forum is a plenary session for active peacemakers throughout the world. It is constituted of representatives of peace initiatives, groups and organizations as well as individuals. This provides a platform for discussion, for the celebration of successes, for the sharing of ongoing experiences and an opportunity to suggest the means of moving forward more challenging scenarios.
The Schengen Peace Forum is an umbrella under which a series of regional conferences are held in different parts of the world during the year. The Forum will meet annually at a global conference in Schengen. The paths of members of the Forum will have crossed during the year and the annual gathering provides the opportunity to meet informally to share good practice.
